Terms & Conditions

Our commitment to you — and what we ask in return.

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between SYEDS Consultancy and any individual who engages our services for visa consultancy, document preparation, or related assistance. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a consultation.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging SYEDS Consultancy— whether in person at our office, by phone, WhatsApp, or email — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you are engaging our services on behalf of another person (a family member, employee, or sponsored applicant), you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the person concerned also agrees to these terms.

02

Scope of Services

SYEDS Consultancy provides consultancy and document preparation services for short-stay visa applications. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assessment of visa eligibility based on your travel history and financial profile
  • Preparation and review of the visa application form
  • Compilation of the supporting document checklist tailored to your specific case
  • Cover letter drafting and application pack assembly
  • Appointment booking at the relevant embassy or visa application centre
  • Interview preparation and coaching where required
  • Document submission and follow-up on application status

Important: We are a consultancy, not a law firm. Our services do not constitute legal representation. We do not handle student visas, immigration applications, asylum claims, work permits, or permanent residency cases — only short-stay visitor, tourist, business, family-visit, and spouse visas.

03

Visa Outcome & No Guarantee

Please read this section carefully.

The final decision on every visa application rests exclusively with the relevant embassy, high commission, or consulate of the destination country.SYEDS Consultancy has no influence over, and bears no responsibility for, the outcome of any visa application.

We will apply our full expertise, experience, and diligence to preparing the strongest possible application on your behalf. However, embassies are sovereign authorities. They exercise absolute discretion in their decisions, and those decisions are not subject to appeal through us.

A visa may be refused for reasons entirely beyond anyone's control, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in embassy policy or bilateral relations between Pakistan and the destination country
  • The embassy's own assessment of the applicant's ties to Pakistan or intent to return
  • Incomplete or unsatisfactory responses during an embassy interview
  • Third-party verifications (such as employer or bank confirmations) that are delayed or unresponsive
  • Global or regional events affecting visa issuance (health emergencies, diplomatic incidents, etc.)
  • Any information or history that the applicant did not disclose to us

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this inherent uncertainty. No statement made by our staff — verbal or written — should be construed as a guarantee of visa approval.

04

Your Obligations

To allow us to prepare an effective application on your behalf, you agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information

All information you share with us — including travel history, previous visa refusals, financial situation, and purpose of travel — must be accurate and complete. Providing false information to an embassy is a criminal offence under Pakistani law and the laws of the destination country.

Disclose prior visa refusals

If you have previously been refused a visa to any country, you must disclose this before we begin your application. A prior refusal is not a barrier to applying again, but it must be declared and addressed properly.

Submit documents in a timely manner

Delays in providing required documents may result in missed appointment slots, expired supporting documents, or an application that cannot be submitted within your preferred travel window. We are not liable for consequences arising from delays on your end.

Attend appointments as scheduled

Where an embassy or visa application centre appointment is required — for biometrics, document submission, or interview — you are responsible for attending on time. Missed appointments may require rebooking, which can involve additional fees.

Pay the consular fee independently

Visa fees charged by the embassy or visa application centre (the "consular fee") are paid directly by you to that authority. These fees are separate from our consultancy charges and are non-refundable by us in all circumstances.

05

Our Commitment

In exchange for your trust and cooperation, SYEDS Consultancy commits to:

Best-effort application preparation

We will review your documents carefully, identify gaps before submission, and prepare an application that meets the stated requirements of the target embassy.

Honest assessment

If we believe a visa application has a low probability of success based on your profile and the embassy's known patterns, we will tell you before you spend money on consular fees.

Transparent communication

We will keep you informed at each stage — from document collection through to submission and outcome — and respond to your queries promptly.

Confidentiality

Your documents and personal information will be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They will not be shared with any party other than those directly involved in processing your application.

06

Fees & Payments

Our consultancy fees are quoted on a per-application basis and communicated to you before any work begins. Fee structures may vary depending on the destination country, visa category, and complexity of your case.

  • Fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are payable at our Islamabad office or via the payment method agreed at the time of engagement.
  • Our consultancy fee does not include the consular/visa application fee, which is paid directly by you to the embassy or visa application centre.
  • Our fee does not include courier charges, translation costs, attestation fees, or any other third-party expenses that may be necessary for your specific application.
  • Quoted fees are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

    Document Handling

Original documents — passports, NIC cards, bank books — are your property. We will hold them only for as long as is necessary to copy, review, and prepare your application pack. We will return all originals to you before submission unless you explicitly authorise us to submit them on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents provided. Submitting forged, altered, or misleading documents to an embassy is a criminal offence. SYEDS Consultancy will not be party to any such submission and reserves the right to refuse service if we suspect the authenticity of any document.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your documents are stored, protected, and eventually destroyed.

    09

    Limitation of Liability

SYEDS Consultancy shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from:

    • A visa refusal, regardless of the reasons given by the embassy
    • Delays in processing by the embassy, visa application centre, or courier service
    • Losses incurred due to non-refundable travel bookings, hotel reservations, or event tickets made in anticipation of a visa approval
    • Errors in information provided to us by the client
    • Any consequence arising from documents not submitted to us in time

In all cases, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the consultancy fee you paid to us for that specific application.

    10

    Force Majeure

Neither party shall be in breach of these terms nor liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these terms if that failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

    • Embassy closures, strikes, or changes in bilateral visa policy
    • Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
    • Acts of government, sanctions, or diplomatic incidents
    • Postal or courier disruptions outside our control

In such circumstances we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a practical resolution, such as rescheduling or resubmitting your application when conditions allow.

    11

    Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.

We encourage clients to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concern informally and promptly before pursuing formal remedies.
