The Process

How we handle your Portugal visa.

Personalised Guidance
01Personalised Guidance

Know where you stand before any paperwork begins.

Tell us about your travel dates, purpose, and history. We go through your profile, flag potential issues early, and let you know what to expect before a single form is touched.

Documentation
02Documentation

A precise checklist based on your situation, not a generic one.

Your documents depend on your employment status, finances, and travel history. We tell you exactly what each document needs to show and flag anything that needs extra attention before you start collecting.

Application Process
03Application Process

We fill out the form and check it before submission.

Application errors are one of the most common causes of refusals. We complete the form, cross-check every answer against your supporting documents, and only submit once everything lines up correctly.

Appointment Booking
04Appointment Booking

We book your slot and brief you on the day.

Once the application is ready, we arrange your appointment at the visa application centre, confirm exactly what to bring, and stay available for questions right up to your visit.

Additional Service

Document attestation, handled alongside your visa.

We assist with MoFA and embassy attestation for paperwork. Everything is coordinated in one seamless place, so you aren't stuck chasing two separate government processes at once.
